Job Description

• Receiving of local and international shipments. • Perform detailed checking and inspection of materials as per Purchase Order requirements. • Making OSD and NCR report for the materials received without certificate, discrepancy in quantity and description. • Sending report to the Cataloguer for the received materials with good data to update in the item master list. • Preparing the list of the materials inspected which are ready for dispatch and hand over them to the dispatch team. • Responsible for system receipts in Oracle. • Supervise incoming shipment, ensuring safe unloading and placement in assigned storage and dispatch location.
