1. MEP Department
- HVAC Draftsman
- Plumbing Draftsman
- Electrical Draftsman
- Tower – MEP Coordination Engineer
- MEP Coordination Draftsman
- Senior Electrical Project Engineer
- Electrical Project Engineer
- HVAC Project Engineer
- Senior Plumbing Project Engineer
- Plumbing Project Engineer
2. Civil Department
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Senior Site Engineer
- Site Engineer
- HSE Officer / Senior HSE Officer
- Procurement Engineer
- Cost Control Engineer
- Land Surveyor

Mandatory Requirements
Note: High-rise tower experience is mandatory for all roles. Candidates without relevant tower exposure will not be shortlisted.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as applicable to the role).
- Experience: Proven high-rise tower experience, ideally with 30+ floors.
- Sector: Prior exposure to large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial high-rise towers.
- Location Advantage: Previous UAE/GCC experience is considered a strong advantage.
