Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR operations role.
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processing, and camp management.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level in MS Excel, WPS (Wage Protection System) systems, and various HRMS tools.
