Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness: Deeply understand the Brand and Product's DNA to represent the company effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system for effective follow-ups.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium sales experience from initial inquiry through to post-sale follow-up, driving positive feedback and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups to drive performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous sales experience is required, preferably within the local automotive industry.
- Education: Preferably a University graduate with a strong passion for cars and customer service.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and selling techniques; sales-driven with a positive personality.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Technical: Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems.
- Availability: Flexible work schedule is required.
- Driver's License: Holding a valid Kuwait driver’s license is a significant advantage.
