Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the FLS (Fire, Life & Safety) maintenance field specifically within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Fire Fighting Systems:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on firefighting systems, including fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for all firefighting equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and restore systems to operational status.
Fire Alarm Systems:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire alarm systems, including panels, detectors, manual call points, sounders, and interfaces.
- Inspect and maintain Central Battery / Monitoring Systems (CBS), including battery banks, chargers, and emergency lighting circuits.
- Conduct functional and continuity tests as per NFPA and local civil defense requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and restore systems to operational status.
