Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidates must possess technical expertise in the following areas:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on heavy-duty LSAW equipment, including JCO forming presses (6,000T-12,000T), edge millers, and pipe expanders.
- Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure hydraulic circuits, cylinders, manifold blocks, pumps, and proportional valves.
- Alignment & Leveling: Conduct precise leveling of conveyor rollers, milling heads, and welding columns using dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
- Pneumatic Systems: Maintain plant-wide pneumatic systems and automated centralized lubrication units.
