Job Role	Responsible for tender submissions, coordinating bidding processes, and leveraging experience in the FM sector.
Education	Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience	10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years specifically in FM estimation/tendering.
Key Skills	Knowledge of MEP services, UAE market standards, e-tendering platforms, and strong negotiation skills.

2. QHSE Officer

This position is vital for driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all local UAE safety regulations and ISO standards.

Job Role	Conducting risk assessments, leading safety inductions, performing internal audits, and coordinating with site teams.
Education	Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science.
Experience	2 to 4 years of QHSE experience (FM, construction, or manufacturing preferred).
