Job Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
- Service chillers, freezers, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate safety awareness (LOTO, electrical safety, gas safety).
Candidate Requirements (What You Bring)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Deep knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic hygiene awareness when working inside commercial kitchens.
- Mandatory: A valid UAE Manual Driving License (Car or Bike).
- Bonus: HACCP / Food Safety awareness is a significant advantage.
