• Senior Draftsman – Mechanical
  Experience: 5+ Years
  Skills: HVAC, plumbing & fire-fighting shop drawings in AutoCAD/Revit MEP, leading and mentoring the mechanical drafting team.
• Senior Draftsman – HVAC
  Experience: 5+ Years
  Skills: HVAC ductwork layouts, equipment schedules & coordination drawings, leading HVAC drafting output.
• Draftsman – Electrical
  Experience: 5+ Years
  Skills: Electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams & panel schedules per DEWA/SEWA standards.
• Draftsman – Plumbing
  Experience: 4+ Years
  Skills: Plumbing, drainage & sanitary shop drawings, riser diagrams and as-built documentation.
• BIM Modeler – Mechanical
  Experience: 4+ Years
  Skills: Revit MEP models for HVAC, plumbing & fire-fighting with Navisworks clash detection.
• BIM Modeler – Electrical
  Experience: 4+ Years
  Skills: Revit MEP models for LV, lighting & ELV systems with federated model coordination.

2. QAQC Department

• QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

  Requirements: UAE Driving License
  Skills: ITPs, NCR management & UAE Civil Defense/DM compliance for HVAC, ductwork & plumbing work.
