Detailed Requirements
Technical & Engineering Roles
- MEP Technician: Must have hands-on experience in MEP maintenance works and the ability to attend breakdowns.
- Electrical Engineer: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of UAE experience in Medium Voltage (11kV / 33kV) projects.
- SCADA Technician: 2-4 years of experience within a power utility environment specializing in RTUs, PLCs, and MV switchgears.
- Fit-Out Engineer: Engineering background in civil or architectural with technical knowledge in MEP and civil works.
- Team Leader Cum Driver: Requires team supervision skills, on-site coordination experience, and a valid UAE driving license.
Finance & Management Roles
- Financial Controller: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CMA/CA preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling or project accounting.
- Bids Manager: 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Bid Management, preferably in the Facilities Management (FM) or Security Services sector.
