Position 4	Construction Manager: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 10-15 years total experience (5-7 years in Precast).
Position 5	Safety Officer / Jr. Safety Officer: Mechanical Engineering degree with NEBOSH Certificate. 2-5 years experience.
Position 6	Sr. Procurement Officer: Engineering/Supply Chain degree. 7 years experience in precast construction procurement.
Position 7	Junior / Production / Planning Engineer: Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 1-3 years experience in Precast.
